We regret that we will be unable to continue your membership with MPNL umbrella for the coming school year.
MPNL has well established and very basic requirements for the fulfillment of the oversight of homeschooling via the umbrella program as outlined by the homeschooling regulations, Comar 05, of Maryland. We are required by the Comar to report those who are enrolled in MPNL program and those who are no longer in the MPNL umbrella. If you do not fulfill your commitment with the MPNL umbrella you will have to fulfill your oblation and do your review with your local county reviewer under the Comar 01 guidelines.
By signing you are indicating you understand your responsibility with MPNL and the regulation governing homeschooling under the Comar 05 guidelines
