Tuition Schedule
Pre-Enrollment Schedule Current Member ReEnrollment Forms
The tuition
schedule for the 2010-2011 school year will be
due by August 31st, 2010.
$ 175.00 1 child
$ 20.00 per each additional child.
A one time non-refundable Pre-Enrollment Conference Fee for continuous enrollment is $75... if paid in full before August 31st of the school year... from September 1 thru October 31 the Pre-Enrollment Fee will be $100.00 for continuous enrollment.
If you enroll between November 1st thru January 31st a one time $125 fee required. If you enroll between February 1 thru March 15 a one time fee of$150. After these times we will not accept enrollment for the remainder of the school year.
Please include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE) with your enrollment form, this will be used to send you your membership card, username and password for Enchanted Learning.
The Pre Enrollment Conference is required by COMAR 13A.10.01.05
Please note, some of your field trips and events will require a fee this, will be communicated to you through the Yahoo Group. There will also be some field trips and events that do not require a fee, feel free to take advantage of any and all field trips and events. Many of these field trips and events will also be where you will sign your annual review form, be sure to discuss any problems you may be experiencing. There are many resources available with this group.
You will also be a member of Maryland Homeschool Resource Network. http://www.mhrn.com a comprehensive website devoted to Home School Resources.
If you would like any copies of your files, it will cost $1.00 per page.
The process for enrollment is as follows:
1. Select your Umbrella, MPNL, MPNL Eastern Shore, MPNL Western Maryland
2. Submit a Join request for the Yahoo Group you are joining, please be sure to list your contact information.
3. Go to the MPNL.org site, Go to the tuition page, download and fill out the enrollment form, send it to the appropriate Director, with the Pre Enrollment Conference fee.
4. Contact by phone or Email the Director of your particular umbrella group to setup a time for your Pre Enrollment Conference. Schedule 30 minutes to 1 hour for this phone conference.

If you choose the payment plan a $25.00 service fee will be added to your tuition.
Any bounced checks will be charged a $25.00 service fee.
A $50 late fee will be assessed on November 15th for all accounts with tuition still outstanding.
If you need a home visit to fulfill your annual visit requirement there will be a $125.00 fee pre-paid before the visit, this visit will need to be scheduled through Tuesdi before May 31st.
We accept checks, money orders, cash and now accepting PayPal.
A 4% service fee will be added to the tuition schedule if you use PayPal. Paypal accepts all major credit and debit cards. YOU MUST HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE THIS OPTION.

Please ask about our High School Program, we will help you coordinate a college bound transcript and portfolio, this is an extra $125.00 per year for enrolled Umbrella members.
I understand that I am
ultimately responsible for the education of my child/children as per Comar
13A.10.01.05.
I am willing and able to meet the annual visit requirement by attending at least
one event between Sept 1 and May 31. If you are unable to attend at least one
event and need to have a home visit to complete your obligation the fee will be
$100.00 to cover travel and personal time.
I will maintain a record of our educational program and provide a resource list
documenting this by May 31st.
I will maintain internet contact with the Many Paths of Natural Learning yahoo
list and the MPNL
owner (s). Contact
should be available on a weekly basis at the least.
If I am at any time unwilling or unable to meet my obligations I will notify
MPNL within 1 week. If the issue cannot be resolved within 30 days,
membership in MPNL will become null and void and I will be required to review
with my county or seek another umbrella program.
If you do not plan to
re-enroll please send a letter indicating that you will not be re-enrolling with
MPNL, your signature is required and will be kept with your file.

Priority placement in our many field trips and events throughout the year.
Exciting field trips planned throughout the year! Corn mazes, Port
Discovery, Sea Aquarium, Pet Farms, Snowtubing, Bowling, Moms Night's Out and
many other homeschool outings.
PLEASE NOTE : the Support Group and the Umbrella are different. Joining the yahoo support group does not automatically join you in as a member of the Umbrella protection for homeschool reviews!
